5. Points & Payments

Facelexx operates on a points-based system. Points are purchased and used to access transformation sessions. Points are non-refundable once used. Unused points may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to our discretion.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, without prior notice. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
